There’s a brand new release of WordPress available, being 2.8.2. It’s a security release that you should upgrade to. Notes Blog Core users needn’t worry, the theme works perfectly well with this release as well. Incidentally, this very site now runs 2.8.2.
Smashing WordPress: Beyond the Blog is now available in its second edition. The book is revised and updated, sporting even more Notes Blog galore, all in full color.
