   Excellent book just arrived. My team and I have looked for a cut to the chase book on wordpress for over a year. This is it. The layout of the book is ideal and far superior to the ‘WordPress Bible’.

   I got the book from Amazon a few days ago and just wanted to say thank you for your excellent job.
   Despite being in my early forties, prior to august 2010 I had never seen a code, but reading your book I am really starting to understand how WP works, which is resulting very useful for having my WP-powered websites behave the way I want them to.

   I am enjoying your book. It seems very thorough and it is easy to follow along. I understand the latest version of WordPress (3.*) has implemented some big changes on the back-end. You mentioned your book was directed to 2.8. As I am new to WP I am easily confused. Are there any parts of the book that might be outdated? If so will you be posting updated info here? Thank you.

     I’m glad you like it. No parts of the book should be outdated as most of the news in 3.0 and 3.1 are additions rather than changes, so you should be fine. I’m afraid there are no plans on posting addendums, although there will be a second edition later this year.

     The Core theme will see a minor update this week. The new Notes Blog theme is on its way to wordpress.org, more on that in a post of its own.
