I plan on adding some built-in plugin support to Notes Blog Core. This means that the theme will check if a certain plugin is available, and if it is it’ll output it. The obvious one would be Subscribe to Comments, but are there more plugins that definitely should be called if available? If so, speak up in the comments.
Smashing WordPress: Beyond the Blog is now available in its second edition. The book is revised and updated, sporting even more Notes Blog galore, all in full color.
My latest book is called Smashing WordPress Themes: Making WordPress Beautiful and is all about theming. The book is available now from your favorite online retailer (or physical bookstore).
definitely, tweetmeme, sitemap and all in one seo
Admin side plugins will always work out of the box, no need to add theme support, but Tweetmeme might be worth looking into. Thanks!
Support for page-navi plugin would be nice.. Love themes that support it plug-and-play.
Good idea. I’m putting that on the 1.1 todo list for now, along with Subscribe to Comments so far.
Yeah, subscribe to comments, and the label, “Subscribed”, if a person is subscribed to a particular thread.
